Solution: we got Brody a pool :) He loves it! He loves it so much that when I try to take him out he screams.
It has a little slide shaped like a whale and if you hook a hose up to it then water shoots out of the whale's blowhole. We don't own a hose so it's just a pool for now.
*I blew this whole pool up by mouth! I must love him:)
We also had some friends come to visit us. Jordan and Mike went fishing. Haley and I went yard sale-ing and then soaked our feet in the pool while Brody played. We found tons of cute baby girl clothes for their little one coming in October! I even got a skirt and a shirt for a grand total of $1.00! I love yard sales!
I have a feeling we are going to be spending a lot more time outside now. We should have gotten a pool sooner!

ReplyDeleteLucas is the same way about his pool, I love that he loves it, but at the same time it drives me a little nutty when there are other things i have to do that day! haha Funny boys!
ReplyDeleteAwesome job on the yard sales! They really are the best. Now when I need something soon and I have to buy it at the store and then I get there and can't bring myself to get it because I think, " I could get this for like $1 at a yard sale!" haha.

ReplyDeleteLoren- I know, right? and I don't know why ppl spend so much money on new baby clothes. They grow out of them soooo fast! I mean, don't get me wrong, it's nice to get new ones sometimes but yard sales are like the jack pot!
